Adjara Hotel
Salford has recently taken control of Adjara hotel, located in the center of Tbilisi. The Adjara is the largest hotel in Georgia with 340 rooms.
The three existing western managed hotels in Tbilisi are priced and positioned to the 4 to 5 star range. In Tibilisi and other Georgian cities there is a market need for quality western managed 3 star hotels. Salford is developing Adjara, in conjunction with a western hotel group, as a 3 star hotel. In addition to Adjara, Salford is planning further expansion of the 3 star western hotel concept in Georgia.
