Bambi/Banat
Bambi is the largest biscuit producers in Serbia and Montenegro. Its core brand “Plazma” is one of the leading confectionary brands in Serbia. Historically, Bambi has been one of the most famous and profitable and efficient food producers in former Yugoslavia and CEE.
Since the acquisition of Bambi in 2004, a significant restructuring of marketing, distribution and sales has been undertaken, resulting in significant volume and revenue growth whilst maintaining high levels of profitability and efficiency.
Through its recent merger with Banat, a regional chocolate producer, the combined Bambi/Banat offers a full portfolio of biscuits and chocolates and is expanding rapidly to adjoining markets; having recently achieved number two position in Macedonia and Bosnia.
